This notice explains how WEBBINGHUB S.R.L. handles personal data for visitors to travel.webbinghub.io. We keep data collection to a minimum.

What we collect
Cookieless usage data through Vercel Analytics (aggregated page views and performance, no cookies and no cross-site tracking). Whatever you choose to send us when you get in touch by email, WhatsApp or when you book a call through Calendly: your name, contact details and what you write.
Why we use it
To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used and to improve it; and to reply to you, scope a possible project and arrange a call. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Legal basis
Our legitimate interest in running and improving this site and in responding to enquiries, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
How long we keep it
Analytics data is retained in aggregated form only. Messages and booking details are kept as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting project, then deleted.
Processors we use
Vercel (hosting and cookieless analytics), Calendly (call booking), our email provider, and WhatsApp/Meta if you contact us there. Each processes data under its own terms and may process it outside Romania, with appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification or erasure of your data, and object to our processing. To exercise these rights, email support@webbinghub.io. You also have the right to complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro).
